Six things going global usually needs

From the first version of your site to ongoing growth: six modules you can buy separately or combine into a full program.

How we run a go-to-market project

Every project moves in weekly cycles: direction and measurement first, budget second.

  1. Assess

Within two weeks we deliver market priorities, competitor and gap analysis, a phased budget and a timeline. If a recommendation cannot go into the execution plan, we do not write it.

  2. Plan

We fix the channel mix, milestones and metrics. Every investment maps to a result you can see in the data.

  3. Build

Website, creative, ad accounts, payments and support scripts launch together, built by one team so no vendor is waiting on another.

  4. Grow

Small budgets validate creative and channels, then we scale week by week. Data and next-step decisions are shared every week.

What feels different when we work together

One team, end to end

Design, development, media buying and operations sit in the same team. You never relay messages between three vendors.

  • Four languages, native quality

Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean content is written by native copywriters. No translation tone, no machine draft with proofreading.

  • Outcomes over deliverables

We measure orders, leads and retention, not how many pages were shipped or how much budget was spent.

  • Transparent progress and data

Progress and data are shared weekly, and every decision has a traceable reason. Accounts and data assets always stay yours.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of clients do you work with?

Consumer brands, B2B manufacturers, SaaS and mobile app teams. What they share: a proven product or supply chain and the need for a sustainable sales path in an overseas market.

How long does a typical project take?

A website or storefront usually launches in 4 to 8 weeks. Marketing and operations are ongoing services on monthly or quarterly terms. The assessment phase produces a concrete timeline.

How do you charge?

Build projects are quoted as a fixed price per scope. Ongoing services are a flat monthly fee that is never tied to ad spend, which keeps our incentives aligned with yours.

Do we get the source code?

Yes. On sign-off we hand over the full source code, deployment configuration and technical documentation, and transfer the repository to your account. You can maintain it yourselves or hand it to any team—you’re never locked in to us.

Who owns the website and marketing data?

You do. Domains, hosting, analytics, ad accounts and customer data are all set up in your name; we work in them as collaborators, and you can revoke our access at any time once the engagement ends.

Do you only work with Chinese companies?

No. We also work with overseas teams entering China, Japan, Korea or Southeast Asia. The team works in Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean.
